Clip launch issue

I have MPC Live II (retro edition). Firmware: 2.12.2
I hope someone can help me with the following issue.
I want to work with my loops (8 bars) which I prepared in Ableton Live.
So I created new Track (Clips) & clip program accordingly.
I assigned my loops to the pads accordingly.
The tempo of the loops is the same as the tempo of the project. No clicks at the beginning or the end of the loops.
Issue: I can't launch 2 or 4 clips at the same time!
For example, I want my Kick (PAD 1) & Snare (PAD 2) to start playing at the same time so I hit these pads with my fingers but only one pad is playing whereas the other pad is blinking and start playing after some time.
I should mention I always must hit hard my pads despite choosing different hardware setting in Preferences (I think this is another issue).
Well, I must say, sometimes after 10 attempts I am lucky and 2 pads are playing together but not 4, it's just impossible! Looking at the promotional video about MPC live where a guy launches clips so easily makes me feel frustrated when I can't achieve the same result.

I would appreciate if someone can suggest or advise me something on this matter as I am really disappointed and every time have less and less desire to work with this buggy device.

Not sure how much help I can give you because I, also, am finding my way round my mpc live 2.
I have done some work using clip launch. Similar to you I prepared loops [in Cubase], exported them and then imported to mpc live and assigned them to pads in the clip program. Like you, the bpm of the loops and the mpc sequence match up so that there is no need for warping. My sequence was quite long: sometimes 100 bars. I did make sure that the launch quantise was set to 1 bar.
Now here is the thing. I only started by launching one pad which of course launches the sequence. After that I could launch several pads at the same time using 2,3 or even four fingers and they would all launch at the next bar.
You can, of course, launch the sequence by pressing play, then launch several pads/samples together at subsequent bars.
Or [and I haven't had the need to try it yet], it should be possible to go to the sequencer grid editor and launch several pads at the same time right at the beginning of the sequence, by simply editing them into the grid [see the manual].
AFAIK there is no manual equivalent in the mpc standalone to the Ableton scene launch button.
Hope this helps - don't ask me anymore I am at my limits at the moment and still learning!

Turn off the launch quantize, or start the sequencer first, and then launch the clips.
