Hi guys! For standalone MPC Key 61 use, I am thinking about getting stand-alone amp and cab simulator (hardware unit) instead of using the onboard AIR Amp Sim plugin in MPC Key 61 but am not sure how this goes. First off, can I disable all the effects/plugin effects (amp, cab and all other ones like delay, reverb, compression..) that come automatically loaded with Fabric XL electric guitar patch? I want to have completely dry electric guitar Fabric XL guitar patch loaded in track one. If yes, can I then route this MIDI track to one of the additional analogue outs (3 or 4) and not to default main 1 and 2 stereo outs and then run from output 3 or 4 to external hardware guitar fx box and then go to Audio Input 1 or 2 of the MPC Key 61, press the sequencer record button and record the result of me playing whatever on the keys into one of the sequencer audio tracks which will then play in sync with all the rest MIDI tracks. Can this be done? Thanks!

You can create your own dry patch & save it as a Preset to be later reused when needed.
