Battery at 0% yet fully charged

The battery in my MPC Live II shows 0%. I have reset preferences. I left a sequence looping with 8 instruments, several drum programs, and key group samples for almost 3 hours to test the battery. It shut down without warning. I didn't see any screens before it the screen went black -- perhaps I lost track of time.
I didn't know if I should try to change the firmware to an older version, then newer version.

One thing of note — there's nothing connected to the white molex 4-pin header. I don't recall there being anything there, but TBH it runs fine without it, aside from no battery indications.



Would love a Live II service manual if you have one.

So you're saying the MPC Live 2 runs on battery alone even though its showing 0%? If that's the case, it sounds like a weird glitch/bug, and maybe downgrading the firmware then going back up would fix it.

recalibrate the battery by running it till it powers down then plug it in for a full charge and see what happens.
