Plug in powered speakers

Hi,
I consider buying creative pebble v2 for my mpc one. Those are powered by usb. Can usb in mpc power them? Is this usb connection enough to hear sound or I also need to connect speakers by jack 3,5?

Plug your speakers into a proper wall usb adapter. Mpc as a usb power source is a fail imo. Will it work, yes, it’s not ideal. Nowhere near ideal.
