different version of song with and without voice

I hope you will help me I have a problem, I put the voice on the sequence bringing together the whole piece, in song mode, I put this sequence and so there I have my finished piece but I want to have a version without the voice to sing live and impossible to do that. I copy the sequence to another and mute the audio track and it automatically mutes in the other original one too, if I delete the audio track in the appropriate one, it deletes it in the other one too. I also tried to record a mute in the planned sequence, it puts mute in the other one too, what should I do please thank you

Create a separate project.

that you (just) can't copy a song -it is just a list of sequences and repeats- is one of the greatest omissions in this MPC series i believe

I misunderstood the original post. Yes, this is expected behavior if you are working in song mode. You can't really do a whole song in song mode; it's just a tool to string things together. Export the song to two different sequences, and make your edits there.

Then you can bring those back into song mode & convert it to 1 sequence.
