EU-UK / USA voltage

I’m heading from Ireland to America next week to do a run of shows - never travelled over there with the MPC before, the brick on the power supply says 110-230v so I’m assuming all I need is an adapter for the plug (not a transformer) but I don’t want to fry the MPC. Anyone got any experience of this or the reverse?

Any device with a power supply rated for the voltage and frequency of where you going to will work perfect find. I haven’t take an MPC to/from Europe, Asia, and Africa but I taken enough devices across international lines to not worry. Just trust the rating on the power supply and go for it. My power supply states 100V-240V 1.5A 50-60hz. If I wanted to take my MPCs over (and I don’t), I wouldn’t hesitate. Nominal voltage in the USA is 120V/60Hz. Trust the rating.

Thanks Lamp… I wasn’t sure because although it says the voltage range on the PSU it doesn’t say it on the MPC (or at least I didn’t see it anywhere in the manual or on the machine)

The MPC gets the output on the power supply regardless of where you are: 19V
