I recently bought an MPC One+ open-box from a local retailer. I noticed just today that the DC power input on the back says "12v" but the DC adapter I got with it is 19v. I'm no whiz at EE, but this voltage discrepancy is going to put extra wear on the circuits because it will be pulling more power when consuming the same amperage, isn't it?
The MPC seems to work fine with one exception: I have noticed that the Q-link knobs don't seem to respond when the knob is being turned immediately. I kind of have to give it a little back-and-forth before it notices the turning sometimes. Should I just take this right back to the store for a refund?
Tx
