my mpc one plus has a midi problem

I don't do anything about midi port or pref
suddenly 3 mpc midi ports (mpc one 1,mpc one 2,mpc one3) appears and when I hit any buttons(not pads) they trigger notes.. and pads keep triggering notes. notes are playing forever until I hit the stop button twice
on standalone or run in daw it's fine but the software has this problem
what can I do for solving this?
(I have reset and reinstalled several times)

I am currently having the exact same problem.

I am currently using MPC ONE+ with MPC Software in controller mode.
I did not have this problem with the MPC ONE which I used the same way before.

I have checked the manual, checked the settings, performed a factory reset and firmware update, but the situation remains the same.

Turning off all MIDI INPUT connections to MPC ONE + 1, 2, and 3 seemed to improve things a bit. (It still functioned as a controller even when MIDI turned off).

However, when I press a pad while holding down NOTE REPEAT with TIME COLLECT turned on, it seems that the pads and chords are hitting the NOTE REPEAT button itself, not just the pad I want to play, and just pressing NOTE REPEAT hits the G8 pad.
In other words, just pressing the NOTE REPEAT button without pressing the pad you want to play is triggered and the note is entered into the sequence.
(The same thing happened with non-TC buttons, i.e., pads to which no samples are assigned.)

This phenomenon, so far, only occurs when TC is turned on.

If anyone knows the cause and solution of this phenomenon, please let me know.
