I'm on a Mac, I used to use an app called midimux but I believe its no longer supported.

I’ve been using this for years. I create my own controller and/or download controller from the community share and edit/tailor to my needs. It’s not as immediate or friendly as midimux or studiomux. Steep learning curve to creating your own controller from scratch but when you finally “get it” you can make custom controllers do damn near anything you want.

Is there an app that just allows you to send midi? Instead of building my own
