No, the MPC One+ is just the same old MPC One with added wifi & bluetooth, red paint job, no ethernet, 12v PSU instead of 19v, 16GB internal drive instead of 4GB.

Nope - it came with 2 GB of RAM. The main difference between the original One and the One+ is that the One+ has WiFi/Bluetooth and triple the factory storage (16 GB versus the One's 4 GB).
