You never know. These modern MPCs won't be modern in the future & may have something that people in the future prefer over the future modern MPCs.

We have people in modern times saying they love the classic 1k/2500 for its grimey sound, but when thehy first came out people was said they sound too clean/transparent.

Also, remember there's a point in the future where your dead & won't ever know what will become a collectors item.

Ah okay. I was about to crack mine open too.
I saw it had a very easy to solder SATA spot on the motherboard. I wonder if I added one if the One would bother reading it (my guess is the firmware specific to the One disables it but if that's not the case someone let me know and I'll give it a shot)

More on topic it's still possible the Key37 has an internal battery which would definitely make me a bit more interested.

I'd be curious if it also has an SSD cradle in the bottom, which would make it a bit more than a One+ with a $200 keybed...

It doesn’t. There are screen shots and video floating around that show all the specs and details. Its literally the One+ specs

Mpc 3000 is still a work horse I still use it from time to time..

& the Live-2 is the first MPC with a speaker & the Keys-61/37 are the first line of MPCs with keys...30 years from now that may be worth something to some people & more importantly, to some rich people looking to say "First!" in the future, or for some other stupid reason. You never know with these things. The devices may not even work, but they may not care if its for bragging rights....Look at what I got...
