Hello. I have 51 saved projects on an SSD drive installed in my MPC Key 61 (Firmware 2.13). Today, I attempted to load up a project I started several months ago, but received an error message stating the some project files were missing. I then tried to load up another random project I hadn't touched in some time, only to receive the same error. At this point, I put the device into controller mode so that I could access the files from my computer.
Upon inspection, it appears all remaining 49 projects DO still have their .sxq files in the project folder...while just the random two projects I tried to load were missing any sxq files. That very strongly suggests that attempting to load these projects on the device is what actually caused the sxq files to disappear. Furthermore, I've never done any manual editing/deleting of these files...not on a PC and not on the device itself.
This is bad...I don't suppose this is a known issue or that anyone has ANY suggestions on how to resolve this? I've now (of course) backed up the entire drive to my PC but I did not have anything backed up before. I've also submitted a ticket to Akai Pro Support but, from what I've read, I'm not expecting much help there
