MPC One+ Factory installation

Hello everyone,
I just bought a second-hand MPC One+.
It works very well but the internal memory no longer contains anything, no demo, no templates, no plugins.
For now I installed the plugins on an SD card with the MPC software for Windows.
How do I return the MPC One+ to factory configuration with all the sounds and plugins delivered pre-installed ?

If in the process of buying the MPC you were able to transfer ownership to your name you can contact Akai customer service and they will send you a link with instructions to download a folder that you can save to SD/USB and it will reinstall all the files, expansion and content that was deleted.

I already had an Akai account for other equipment, I just registered my new MPC One+ and asked support for help.
They sent me a link to download a file for factory reinstalling my MPC One+. Support is very responsive as usual
