Mpc live 11 Akai pro dfu

So every time I try to go to controller mode I end up with a connection between the no and my computer but there is a device under others in device manager that says Akai pro dfu with the yellow triangle error that I can find no info about what so ever so I end up at the pinkish red screen and stays stuck on looking for computer and never connects I’m not sure how to fix this or go about it I know other people have had this issue and reinstalled all drivers and software plus the display link usb graphics software as well I have done all of that to no Avail any help would be appreciated
