memory chip speeds

in the book it says that 70 ns is a good memory speed for the mpc 2000xl

but is 60ns good or still get the 70ns

The lower the NS speed the faster the memory gets accessed. So you want the lowest number possible. Indeed. 60 is faster than 70.
