Elegant way to copy custom plug-in patches?

In as case where I want to copy all of my "Custom User" patches from my Key 37 to my Live II, how can I easily copy all of the Internal "Plugin Presets" folders to a USB drive or SD? I really don't want to open each and every patch and do a save as to an alternate location. I have so many. I simply want to copy the the whole "Plugin Presets" folder.

The only other way is to install one of the custom firmware version, like kikgen, that way you can access the internal drive using SFTP clients or similar. https://github.com/TheKikGen/MPC-LiveXplore
