I'd recommend stop looking towards social media and youtube for opinions and form your own

i was evalutaitng the sound quality; that is what i was arguing with dudes over; and my arguments are valid
as the sound is good.

the issue is the implementation/workflow and the speed of creating stems is cause for concern for standalone, also start and endpoints/ chopping after the sample is stemed is an issue as dont fit my workflow

Then based his opinion on using it for only 1 record. Dude will make up shit, twist your words, cherry pick parts of your reply to respond to & take it out of context, ignore the parts that prove him wrong, make up weird theories, put words in people mouths, & won't admit when when wrong, nor apologize. All that to me = a toxic SSA dude.

I'm still debating on even buying it. I don't use the MPC in Controller Mode ever but It's not a big deal be attached to a computer to make some stems and then go to standalone with them.
So in the end... Is it worth it to buy Stems or just use something free like Ultimate Vocal Remover?
Gonna be on the computer for either of them so..

For $10 why not & when it does come to standalone you won't have to buy it again.

Stems is really cheap so comparing the workflow and results of the two is easy for you to determine which works best for you.

as I have seen ur though process before in other people who are tech focused producers

try it the cost is low so its not a big investment; the current workflow is not ideal but obviously its nice to have the feature inside the mpc.

so sampling is lazy to you; and you play ur own instruments so ur beats are superior to any sample based producer is that ur logic? as I have heard this thought process before also
