HI everyone!
Hello,
I think I have a serious problem with MPC Live 2 Retro edition because touch screen doesn't work.
When I start my MPC I can see a message: "Updating. Please do not unplug." The screen stays in such a state less than 1 minute and the next screen appears with the text "Next".

I tried different steps to fix this issue:
1. Disconnected all midi, audio, usb, rca cables. Reboot->no luck
2. Disconnected additional SSD. Reboot->the 1st time it helped and I could open projects and work normally but the next day I switched on MPC and this issue reoccured.
3. Entered Boot mode by pressing simultaneously Full Level+Erase+Bank C buttons.
4. Downloaded MPC firmware updater 2.14 and transferred it to MPC. MPC rebooted but the same message appears and touch screen doesn't work.
4. Tried to start MPC without power supply (battery only). The same result.
5. Tried to connect ethernet cable from MPC to internet router. Reboot. No luck.
6. I tried to roll back to 2.13 but after MPC reboots there is window saying "Would you like to update to the latest firmware update 2.14 and 2 buttons "Cancel" and "Update" which I can't click/press. :?

Has anyone faced this problem before? What should I do? How can I troubleshoot this issue?
I am desperately looking for any help/advice
