What DB Should Samples for Sample Pack be set at?

What DB Should Samples for Sample Pack be set at?

This is my first time posting here. Been creeping for a couple years. Had a question. I'm thinking :hmmm: about dropping a sample pack to commemorate the upcoming release of my album 110HZ. and was wondering what DB levels should I set my one shots, drum sounds, ect. at? Should I make them loud and obnoxious and put them around -9 so they can be mixed from there? They will all be samples I used from the album.

You'll have to find your own spot to host. Some have used dropbox or Google Drive and then dropped links here in a post/topic.
