Plugin activation problem on One+

Hey hey,

A free plugin voucher was included with my One+ and I chose Flavor Pro. I went to the Akai site and got that part done. When I went to my One to activate the plugin, there's only a "Get Trial" button for it. I did that and played with the trial yesterday, so it won't allow me to do another trial of it.

So the plugin is downloaded on my One, it's connected to the internet, and I don't know what to do next.

You registered the mpc.
Did you check your online account for available plugins?
Refresh the plugins?
Reset prefs?
Disconnect/connect wifi?

A few people have had the same problems w/ MPC One+.

I've refreshed plugins in the MPC.

How do I reset preferences?

Akai have a chat option on the website, just start a chat and they can fix it for you.

I chatted with Akai support a few minutes ago and they got it sorted out. My MPC login was different than my Inmusic/AkaiPro login, so they moved my plugin registration to the correct account. Then I restarted the One and and activated my plugin. Yay!

Enjoy! Flavor Pro is probably one of my favorite MPC effects. Just a blast, and it sounds great!

Flavor pro and Delay pro are outstanding imo. Back when I had 2kxl-se2 + eb-16 I would have never guessed MPC would ever have things like this in the box.

I was really struggling liking flavor pro but have been using it on most all my beats the last couple months and really enjoying it now. So anybody who didn’t really like it I suggest keep at it and start from no presets (default) once you learn the ins and outs of each module is pretty dope
