Exactly why I had to rethink the purchase.
I have many other ways to do the same thing, better.

Just arrived! This is the shit! Pretty fast workflow and incredible sound.
I have a question tho.
So I sequenced an external synth with it and now I want to record the synth sound to audio. I got it connected to inputs 1&2 but when I go to sample I cannot run the sequence. Any tips?
Also, I cannot use midi controller while in sampling either.

I did same thing when I got mine. I was making beats, wack beats, nice beats, ok beats, any and all beats, non-stop for a few weeks straight.

I will politely disagree. I think it is gorgeous in white. Plus the white is shinny not matte as the black. Less visible fingerprints.

no problem with disagreement but surely if the white is shiney it will show even more fingerprints then a matte finish?

I don't think is the case. In this particular machine the shinny laquer over the metal is less fingerprint prone than the matte one. I also asked a guy on youtube that had both faceplate and told me the same thing I was suspecting. Also you can watch videos and you'll see the difference. If you have your fingers dirty with car grease then yes white would be more prone to get dirty, but I hope no one is using the machine after coming from the shop...
Not to mention that I really like, personal preference of course, the creamy white like in old mpcs and 909s etc
