Letting a loop cycle before starting to record?

I want to let the loop cycle once after I press "record" in order to time my playing to start at the beginning of the loop. It would be great if the loop would continue to cycle non-destructively unit I press record again and have it continue straight to "play" seamlessly.

I think you can extend the amount of count ins. Would this be what you’re looking for?
