Help me please I'm a beginner. I've troubles recording drums

I'm finding difficulties recording drums. When I play drum live, the sound is right. When I play the record the time is different than when I was playing. So, the tempo of the music is completely different and I can't sync the input of drums with the output. Maybe it's something I did not set up? Something like the pressure of pads?
