On the Live ll also the Key 61 some samples wont audition and wont load.
Any idea why, they play fine on my computer?

What format are they in? What was the source of the samples, i.e. which site - for example, Bandcamp add additional non-standard data to their audio that the MPC cannot deal with.

They are .wav I cant remember the source, it might have been Bandcamp. Is there any
they can be "cleaned up".

Yes, if you manage to open it in a different audio software such as audacity and resave it should strip out the non standard stuff
