Maybe a paid subscription model which lets you keep a Roger Linn signature MPC boot logo as long as you subscribe.

I think the current SoC is finite in quantity and there aren’t too many more models left they can squeeze out of it. Soon enough, Akai needs to roll out some new computational hardware. From that spring, I hope new models will follow. In the meantime, I’ll use what I got.

Roger is doing his thing and his thing may or may not intersect with Akai’s future.
