^This. The time stretching in the MPCs rules. You won't get the old school S1000 cyclic stuff, but if you want straight up clean time stretching with very little artifacts, its your tool.
Warp's better for smaller tempo changes, time stretch when you need it really sped up or slowed down. Warp is also real time, so you can watch your MPC cry the more you do as it tries to keep up with it (and the warp algorithm itself isn't the greatest).
I haven't used my Live in a couple years now, but that is the one thing I wish every other app developer would steal from them. Its so damn easy. Doing that in Cubase means, drag your loop to a track, adjust hit points, bounce it down to the new tempo, etc.. One simple step in the MPC and it sounds leagues better than alot of other stuff.
