Mpcx software not working

I looking for help.
I bought a brand new main pcb installed it and I am still getting the same problem. The issue I have is that when I turn on the unit, the lights come on , the lcds come on, the back light of the screen comes on but the software does not load up.
Even after exchanging the board the problem persists. Would you be able to help guide me a bit on what to trouble shoot ? Is there a way to have access to the service Manual?

How do I go about doing that? I must be missing something. I tried updating the firmware and that worked but the software still does not show up. The screen light up but nothing on it.

Has anybody ever allegedly heard of a place where it’s possible to get a manual that would help with repairs?

If your control surface is working and the scribble strip lcds are showing something it means that your software is running. I would rather look for a hardware fault on the LCD first, maybe loose/ broken ribbon strip. By the looks of it your LCD is getting power but no data so it's most likely the ribbon strip connector.
if you really want to test the software first then get yourself SSH'ed firmware, login to your mpc and run "cat image.filename > /dev/fb0" or just run dmesg and look for any errors.

The ribbon sounds like a target of interest for sure.

That’s good advice but it still doesn’t work. Does someone know the signal path from the main pcb to tithe screen? I tried 2 ribbons but to no avail. The thing is I know the screen worked before.
Everything works on the mpc even the touch screen it’s just a blank screen.
One the told me « It could be the PCB board in between the carrier PCB and the LCD screen » the problem is he has been wrong since the beginning and I’m 2 main pcbs in so far. (When it wasn’t the problem)
Any ideas on what this could be?
