Midi bug?
Gone?

I was just going to say that.
Seems so.
I tried sending a note off message on another channel (2) and the same note already sounding on channel 1 keeps going.
So I can't replicate that midi off bug I've read about here after I upgraded to 2.15.

Also - I can start and stop the sequencer using my Morningstar MC6 II, but I'm not controlling it with MMC, but rather plain old Midi clock. So I can't say anything about the MMC bug still being there - since I haven't been able to control it (or any other sequencers with my Morningstar MC6 using MMC).

Can't say for certain, but I think not. I tried sending MMC sysex play commands from my computer to the MPC and got no response from the MPC. I've not tried this before, so I can't be 100% sure what I did was correct, and I really can't be bothered to rollback to 2.13 just to check, but it looks to me like it's not working still (plus no mention of fixing this either in the release notes).

@Logrinn reports no more issues but @submo does still has that bug. Are there more experiences?

Yeah, saw that, someone else must have tried!

Christ on a bike, how long does it take to fix this? yet they find all the resource they need to sell us another plugin.

Yeah it's bizarre! Should be a simple fix!

Did you test with the same note on both channels as shown in this video?

I tried but without success:

Could you please describe your settings on the MPC and on the MC6 and the specific message to start / stop the MPC with Midi Clock?

And how do you jump to a specific timecode? How does this message looks like in MC6?

Thanks in advance...

Midi Bug still present for me.
Tested by trying to muti-track midi from DAW into the MPC, same value notes cut each other off.

don't know about the MMC bug... but if you have ableton, sync with a MIDI Din cable, go to midi outport setting and send "song" MIDI Clock Type, that controls play head placement on MPC when on arrangement view. guessing it works vice versa with "pattern" in clip view, but i mainly use arrangement view.
