I got upgraded to business class for the first time on my flight back last year. I had major imposter syndrome, I actually felt less comfortable asking for anything than if I was sat in economy.

Sounds like a tight squeeze on SATA! I’ll be flying to Vietnam this December, so I’m debating whether to bring my Live 2 for the long haul. Probably won’t use it much on the plane though—don’t want to risk annoying anyone or getting elbowed! Planning to explore the country with https://gowithguide.com/vietnam to hit some of the less touristy spots—should be an adventure. Hopefully, no tight seat drama like yours though!

Unless you are here for a while, or plan on gigging, I'd leave it behind and just enjoy your travels. Bike accidents happen, theft is a risk, travelling light is always a bonus. I think it will be more a hindrance over all.

better to get a sp404 mk2 or a ep-133 as those are much lighter and more travel friendly

Seems a bit like gym goers worried about loosing their gains when they go on holiday. Just enjoy the holiday. Travel to somewhere new and enjoy being there. Travlling around Vietnam, especially if off the beaten track is mostly done by motorbike, either as a passenger or by buying a bike at one end of the country and selling it when you get to the other. The less you have to worry about, with lockers and accommodation, and the lighter you travel all the better.

If you are going to some resort and chilling' around a pool most of the day, then year I can see why having a distraction would be a nice option.

Bah - might as well just stick to music apps on your smartphone since that’s always in your pocket and even more travel friendly.

Apps on mobile device and that’s all.
