Thanks for the hint! And no, I am using a MIDI Foot Controller (MC6 PRO) in the live situation and need to program the MIDI Clock for "Start / Stop / goto specific position" there...

So I can't say anything about the MMC bug still being there - since I haven't been able to control it (or any other sequencers with my Morningstar MC6 using MMC).

I tried but without success:

Could you please describe your settings on the MPC and on the MC6 and the specific message to start / stop the MPC with Midi Clock?

And how do you jump to a specific timecode? How does this message looks like in MC6?

Thanks in advance...

Sure.
I turn on Midi clock in my Key37 (Menu>Preferences>MIDI/Sync>Receive = Midi clock)
On the Morningstar MC6II I made two presets: Play and Stop.
Play had the following parameters:
Action: Press, Type: Midi Clock (set BPM to taste)
Action: Press, Type: Real Time, Start
Stop had the following parameters:
Action: Press, Type: Real Time, Stop

This, of course, only starts and stops the MPC. It doesn't allow one to jump to a specific point.

One thing to note, is that one might have to reset/restart the Morningstar and/or the MPC when programming this.
I don't know if it is the Morningstar editor that sends out messages that confuses the MPC, but programming this might not yield the result you want until you restart the machines.

Also ...

I was interested to see about that MTC/MMC bug too.

So I fired upp Logic Pro and had it send MMC/MTC to my Key 37. (I had a look around to see if I had anything else lying around - hardware I mean - that could send MMC/MTC, but alas ...)
I couldn't get it to work when in Song mode on the MPC, but on the Main page it works, where I could choose different sequences. (Which also means that I could have used the "Convert>Seq" on the Song page to have my full song made as a sequence and have that synced up to Logic ...).
Anyway, I could go forward and rewind in Logic and the MPC would chase and sync.

So, have anyone else experienced this?

@Logrinn reports no more issues but @submo does still has that bug. Are there more experiences?

Yeah, saw that, someone else must have tried!

I tried and confirm that the bug is still in 2.15.
