MPC 1000 Screen “Scrolling” Issue

I recently purchased a MPC 1000 and immediately installed the Fat Pads V2 from MPCStuff and recently started experiencing a bug where the pads stop working and the screen begins “scrolling”. The other buttons still work (even while the screen scrolls) but the pads remain unresponsive.

Has anyone seen this before? I’m unsure if it’s the new pads, a failing PSU, or something else.
