Is it just me or does STEMS SUCK in Standalone?

Also, Akai is only a small division of InMusic. Of those 480 employees you mentioned, only 16 work for Akai. I do understand where you are coming from however my response was specific to dude who said they're barely making ends meet, which was a bit of an interesting statement to make.

A company that isn't making money ideally would not be directing so called resources they do not have to releasing newer refreshes and hardware iterations every year. There'd be no incentive to do so if no one were buying their products right.

I agree with you in regards to that no one has infinite resources to devote to one specific project and from a sales perspective, it makes more sense to provide incremental hardware revisions with a new feature than to dump money into long term support for an older production product right, hence my previous statement.
