Anybody having a Wifi problem with Key 37 not updating OS?

It's now August and my new MPC KEY 37 shows exactly the same problems (a new one from Thomann GErmany, not the one from Ebay with the "Unknown Control Surface" issue.) I had to Update it, reboot it twice, reconnect to my inMUsic account, before I could activate my licenses.
When I tried to get a Moog license voucher, I only got a Serial Number and links to the store, but no voucher code so far.
