MPC export (.wav) stems are different BPMs/not synced

So I'm doing:
Save > Audio Mixdown > Explode Tracks, then dragging these .wav files into Abelton for some simple final mixing.

But some (not all) of the stems are completely out of sync, not just their length or starting time or anything, actually being a quicker tempo. I set Abelton to the same BPM.

To get to the Audio mixdown I am:
- Aligning my sequences in song mode
- Saving them to a single full sequence
- Bouncing my drum programs
- Then performing the steps mentioned above in Audio Mixdown

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, this completely wrecks the workflow I was aiming for when getting the MPC Keys.
