I apologize in advance for what seems like a completely simple, obvious, basic question, but I could find the answer from the forum or experimenting or from video tutorials. After 10 years with the MPC1000, I just got the MPCX a week ago, and while I am a million miles away from getting the hang of it, one of the most basic things that I always used on the 1000 is giving me trouble here.
Basically just trying to figure out if there is a way to assign start and end time of a sample to one of the qlinks? I use that feature constantly on the MPC1000 to make tracks, its pretty indispensable to my method, but thus far it seems like one million things can be assigned to the qlinks but not Sample Start or Sample End time.
I feel like I must be tripping and the answer will be so obvious, but I have now spent a week trying to learn the system a bit as well as look on youtube and this forum but nothing I find actually address or answers this. Currently eel like Im driving a Rolls Royce with no left turn signal - in absolute awe of this machine and its workflow, but until I figure this basic thing out I feel stuck in one lane...
