Cool thanks for sharing your experiences I like the idea of tascam model 12 I seen a few videos of it pairing well with the Mpc . I can get the same flow and Channel separation if I run it through the mpc64 vst in abelton I can then use makie control for individual channels and apply independent vst fx per channel however I don’t think the line in on Mpc works when I’m controller mode ? Can anyone confirm this ? Thanks

As long as the MPC is the only audio device, line in should work.
But if you add an external interface, then this will take over and the MPC‘s io is hidden.
