LOADING STUFF

Sorry guys, manual still not here. I tried to load a song i did on the 2000xl, and it loads the 2 programs and all the sounds. but it only plays one of the programs. Not sure what im doing wrong. ALSO How can i load a kit that i saved as an APS file? Thanx.

come on guys, help a brotha out...i dont REALLY hate the british...

HI, I can't answe the part of the aps file, but I think I have an idea
of what might be happening wtih your 2000XL program.

The 2000XL does NOT have Multi's which is a container for the 128 parts
or (programs).

So, I guess, the first question, is do you have a Multi setup ?
If so(i'm assuming yes, as you are getting 1 progam to play), do you
have 1 or 2 programs assigned to the Mult?

After you have added both programs the Mult, then when in the
"Main" window and you are in the "Track" block, you can see where you
assigne a "Part" to the Track? THis is where you would set which program
each track plays.

GO through your sequences and make sure they are pointed to the
correct parts.

so, if i have 5 PROGRAMS loaded up, then i have to assign them to a MULTI so i can use them all in 1 song? otherwise, i can only use 1 program at a time? Is that right?
