Please learn basic user experience

Play tune, hear music
Add a new instrument (music still plays)
Play with settings (music still plays)

MPC One
Play tune, hear music
Go to add a new instrument, music stops

WTF, Is this a flaw/ design on purpose or what ?

My MPC One doesn't stop the sequence even when I add an instrument during playback...

Same, in fact one of the things I love most about the MPC flow is how I can mess about with new sounds and processing so freely while the track plays.

Are you changing the same plugin instrument program that's already playing on another track?

I can build an entire sequence while one track is looping as well. That's kind of been one of the MPC's big strengths since the day it was created..

Describe "Play Tune". Are you in Sampler Mode? Playing a Sequence

Oh, so if I am letting it just play, every time i go to browse and add new instrument in it stops! I dont think its user error

Im controlling it from logic pro.. logic carries on playing, but the mpc one is stuck wherever i left it having pressed the BROWSE button to add a new instrument

Does it work ok when used as standalone?

Or do you still get the same problem?

If by adding instrument you mean adding new instrument/browsing in Logic, then it looks like Logic VST handling could be the issue here

You are right, its a logic pro issue - i tested standalone and not a problem. Thats weird, im doing everything from the MPC One apart from initiating play, so how can this be ?

Note... when i do this Logic Pro keeps playing!
