slices playing completely through even after releasing the p

Hi,
a stupid question but how do I change the behaviour that after slicing to a program and playing a slice that the sound stops as soon as i release the pad, it keeps playing until the end.
I can't find a release setting on the envelope which might be responsible and I was looking for a setting to change the trigger behaviour which I didn't find.
