Asked about this on the mpc reddit but no definitive solution yet.
Support ticket raised with Inmusic but likely to be a while if anything from them so here goes.
Decided to use an external synth with my keys 37, I usually use the 37 in controller mode, monitoring not seeing any input from the external, tried with monitoring on auto and in, nothing.
Gain on back of unit is turned up, didnt help.
Then realised that the mpc software is not seeing input on any of my other interfaces alesis and Behringer if I switch to them in mpc2 for audio input
Reason and cubase are using the external inputs no problem including the key 37 audio interface. I can put monitor on in reason using the keys 37 audio input and works perfect, can hear my external synth.
In standalone all works as expected no issues.
Anyone come across this or have any more ideas? I have tried everything including re-installing mpc daw and key 37 drivers, this is on Mac. Issue seems to be in the daw software somewhere
Thanks
