Nawww- I used the 950 and the MPC-60. EL has been coaching me on the EMAX with the minor exception that we both are stumped on the whole copy and paste thing....for some reason when you copy a sound to another note number and truncate it - the original sample that was copied is then affected by any alterations made to the copy. It's quite annoying and I want to figure it out before I invest hours trying to produce something worthy of posting.....

GOOD BEAT, for some strange reason, i knew you were going to drop in those voices, in my opinion yur way up in octave, and the quality shows, or rather the lack of quality shows in the voices patches, maybe if you used a some males voices patch, lower down then it may have been pulled off better, the acoustic guitar loop, was in my face, maybe tht was the intention, but acoustic guitar is usually low inthe mix and very subtle, especially with that playing style. totally different style from dj andreas, its gonna be hard to judge!!
decent though...

good sample, but it sounds to clean, for the way it is looped, i was expecting a bit more grunge, love the start, proper, but monotony settles in like arthritis, the drums ound funky, like the programming, u need a break down, trck drop out and and maybe a variation in the sample, maybe use the intro as a bridge, with a tom roll. and change of the bass, drop down a note or two, for like the next 8 bars, along with the sample, if you get what i mean.
decent though. the strt really grabbed my attention which is very important.
good work

My first beat with all my new gear finally set up the way I like it.

Feedback is appreciated. And why not, I'll throw it into the competition.

this sounds the most mainstream beat out of all of them, the drum programming is funky, with the change ups, u have some background guitars it sound like in there, playing a riff, with some winds, that is definately pooping, its longer than everyones beat, so i guess i had better listen , cause i never had to restart it, now that looped chimomunk, not sure if it chip or dale, sounds like they or it needs a heroin fix, especially on the change up, get him some. i think i would have enjoyed it better with out the chimpmunks, the back ground composition is really pleasing to the ear, could enjoy that really, but once again monotony settles in, and the intro is straight into the beat, so i never got a teaser, before the movie started, so by the time it started it was finish.

in my humble opinion, i would give it to andreas, if the first beat was his final submission,

so this in my humble opinion is how it follows

mike dean
, i guess you could get way with it, a few times with some one spitting over it.

then maze.

then andreas

then zaster,
your beat soinds too preset based.
