Tried searching for this- haven't looked at the manual yet

I just wanted to know if I could connect my MPC One + to computer by USB and move samples/pgms to my computer. I plug in the USB cable and nothing shows up on my browser on computer.

Hopefully I don't have to export them in some fashion. Just thinking of selling my MPC and I want all tha samples I made.

Have you never backed up any of your work?

Are you only using internal storage?

If so that won't show up over usb.

copied the PGMs and Samples to USB. They're on my computer now.

ya i got like, 250 or so MB of samples. I honestly want to get a older Gen controller MPC so that creation can be easily exported to computer. The standalone is OK, but trying to make it back to my PC is kind of annoying. So maybe i'll sell the MPC ONE and get a Studio Black or a REn

There's no difference, you were still only ever accessing whatever removable media you have connected to the MPC, be it a CF card, hard disk, etc. The MPC is acting as a big USB card reader, still is.

not sure why they cannot also allow access just to the internal SD that stores the MPC Documents folder (while restricting access to the internal file system), but there must be a reason for it.
