MPC X routing flow for using Thunderbolt Apollo TWIN

Does anyone have a good workflow for standalone while wanting to still use an apollo Audio Interface? My current set up is I have my speakers and sub going into the apollo and then I use a thunderbolt cable into my macbook.

but if I want to the same thing, but instead of the source going to the macbook, it go into the back of the MPC...Any guidance would greatly be appreciated
