Controller mode screen unresponsive

I’ve been working mostly in controller mode lately with my One. Routinely the touch screen becomes completely unresponsive and I have to power down and reconnect to fix. I’ve tried multiple different usb cords and it happens with all of them

Anybody experience this and have any fixes?
