I’m using the latest 3.0 beta. I love the bounce to audio track in the arranger. My problem is that it creates a wav file on the internal drive (Internal/MPC Documents/Exports). This would fill up the internal drive over time. Is there a way to change this default behavior. I have an ssd only live 2 and save my projects there. I was hoping any bounces or convert to audio done would save within the project file. Also, would deleting this export file mess up my project? Any other workaround?

When you save the project the bounced audio track is saved as part of the project. You can therefore delete the export file from mpc documents. I'm not sure why is isn't auto-purged though. I don't think you can change this location, and you have to remember to clear it out every now and then. I'll raise this with akai, I wonder if it's an oversight.

I tested yesterday and it appears to be saving multiple files there, and they were still there after a reboot. There's a preference setting to assign a disk location for temporary use, so I'm not sure why it isn't just using that.

Thanks for the reply. I’ll make a habit of clearing that folder. I was hoping they were safe to delete. I haven’t had this thing that long but I can see that internal disk space is crucial.
