I just bought the Akai MPC 61 keys, and I really like it. I'm starting a Depeche Mode-coverband and using the MPC 61 Keys for live. Backtracks are done in Logic, so I don't need the workstation in the keyboard. The backtracks will be triggered from a laptop. What I need is the following:
Create a setlist og list of songs where I split the keyboard in x antal parts each one having a sound maybe with a little effects. Some of it will be samples, that I sample from logic - and some of them synths from the Akai itself. But I can't find out how to do it and I'm not sure about the difference between projects, programs, keygroups, tracks etc. I really just need, what Depeche calls x number of banks (one for each song) with x number of sounds. Maybe I would like to connect a Samplepad (percussion) triggering percussive sounds/samples in the Akai. The best way to explain it is to see this video (short) from 00:54.

Can anyone help?
