Add Returns effects & Submixs channels MPC 3.4 105

Hello, I just created a new project but I don't see the effects returns and the submixs channels , how do I create them. Thanks

You can hold down MAIN button, or just tap on track 1 name and keep turning data wheel, they are just tracks in your project

I'm referring to a completely new, empty project, although it shouldn't make any difference, submixes, returns and outputs are just selectable tracks in all projects. There are actually many ways to access them:

Arranger > BUSES tab
Track View > tap the track name top left and scroll
Hold down MAIN and press RETURNS
Channel Mixer > drag screen to the left

I tried all these combinations for example by pressing main and returns there is nothing same for outputs submixes, there are just the 3 tracks that I created it is very strange in addition I do not see how to export sequences on the beta version I think it is a bug what should I do? open a template and try to recover the tracks by exporting them before? I am a little lost ... thank you for your help

AFAIK I know you cannot export or import sequences in MPC 3.

The project you import a saved sequence would have need to have the exact same (*) track structure (now that programs are gone) as the one in the sequence. I see a few use cases where this limitation is not a problem, but we'll see if MPC 3 gets this feature back.

(*) IMHO the external sequence could have more less tracks than the project as long as the ones with the same number are identical (have the same "program"). Anyways I would call this more "merging sequence" as you get eg only the same plugin, but not its configuration. Unless the merge dialog has many options on how to resolve the differences in the structure of the sequence and the project.

I'm also having the same issue. I've created a project from scratch, and I have no Returns, Submixes and Outputs. It's all empty. If i click in the Main, and hold for a few seconds, it's emtpy. If I try to scroll in my main sequence, it doesn't scroll to any return or output. And the same in the Track Mixing screen, swipe left or write doesn't do anything.
