Is this a thing with anyone else?
It seems a great loss [to me at least] if Akai are determined to ditch the Clip Track permanently.
They might be preparing MPC3 to use the Force clip-matrix as an optional sequencer. The thing is, the MPC has 128 sequences per project each can have a different tempo & separate song mode, but the has Force 999 scenes/sequences which doubles as one huge song mode but no tempo changes unless you using an ext sequencer.
Merging the 2 may be more difficult to do then what we expect. Their an GearSpace Force user that got a job w Akai & told us that changing/fixing something on the OS can new introduce bug. But who knows.
