Bought expansions not showing up

So I bought 2 new expansions from the mpc store and a preset add on for fabric xl. My inmusic profile shows that I have them but when I click on them, it says No downloads for this product. Please check again later. Getting agitated that I can't get what I just paid for. The preset add on shows up in my inmusic profile but won't show up on my mpc application on my laptop.

Check emails for download link.

All my expansion downloads are backed up as not download able from my account.

I did. No download links on email.

They have changed the reseller that deals with their order fulfilment, not sure how it’s supposed to work now but normally you would get an email with links. You’ll need to contact akai

I'm having the same issue right now. I purchased Pad Thai Vol 1 and it's saying there is no download at this time to check later and it's later, still nothing. Wtf is going on with that!?!

Yep im in the same boat. Just spent £70+ on 4 marco polo expansions and marco polo preset for flavor pro and have nothing to show for it, no download links, etc. Created a ticket for problem, so lets hope they can rectify this!

Same here (tape series and 80s nostalgia). I also bought ‘chilled trap’ at the same time and no problem. I posted a ticket and got download links in a reply, but they didn’t work, only sent me in a crazy loop.

Created an account just to chime in. Same happened to me and I'm so annoyed. Never received a download link and it says "No Downloads for this product. Check back later." On inmusic

Just came back to say, they responded to my support ticket and emailed the download links. I have everything I purchased. I like to follow up to make sure folks know things are resolved. Cheers!
