How active is this site?

The most recent every I found was 2019.

If it's mostly a repository for help; that's cool, but are there any active information sites anyone could point me to?

I don't really understand what that means, but there's plenty of posts made recently, i.e. Nov 2024 etc, not sure what the 2019 thing is you are referring to?

Still plenty of 2000XL users here, but there is limited new stuff to talk about these days when it comes to a 26 year old sampler that was discontinued 20 years ago and superseded since by around 15+ newer models

The thread I've been following recently had an issue discussed up to 2011, and then I saw a related post in 2019.

Yes, I realize it's an old machine, but it's a great machine, and I was hoping it had moved into the pantheon with other greats like the be SP1200, ASR-10, EPS16+, etc. And I'm looking for sources and tips for maintaining and/or repairing it.

If this isn't that--where can I find that?

That's a sticky topic (recommended card readers, started in 2011, sticky because it's useful), there's another two stickies below it and then all the latest posts from 2024 etc, just need to scroll down.

this place is still full of MPC2000XL users so you just have to ask your specific question about maintaining or repairing and if someone knows the answer they'll answer it. Otherwise (or as well as), try Facebook groups etc.
